Marc P. White, Co-founder
With over 20 years of experience in executive search, Marc P. White is responsible for business development strategy, engagement team leadership and client management at White, Roberts & Stratton. Marc has expertise in placing a range of corporate functions including finance, general management, human resources, marketing, sales and communications / public relations.
Prior to this, Marc worked for General Foods Corporation in the grocery sales division. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Managers, the American Marketing Association, the National Sales Network, and is an associate member of the National Black MBA Association and the National Association of Black Accountants. In addition, he is an active volunteer in his church and community. Marc earned his bachelor of science in marketing at the University of Illinois.

Warren H. Roberts, Co-founder
For over 20 years, Warren H. Roberts has been helping companies find the talent they need for success, with particular expertise in the areas of supply chain, manufacturing operations, human resources and finance. He is responsible for leading client relationships, IT strategy and resource effectiveness at White, Roberts & Stratton.
Earlier, Warren was employed with Kraft Foods and Johnson & Johnson in operations management. In fact, during that time he received Kraft’s “Production Achievement” award. Warren is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the Institute of Supply Management, APICS The Association for Operations Management and the National Hispanic MBA Association. Warren earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame and his bachelor of science from the University of Illinois.

William F. Stratton, Co-founder
William F. Stratton has over 20 years of search experience, and is responsible for managing client relationships, engagement strategy and research at White, Roberts & Stratton. Bill has expertise in the areas of general management, finance, marketing and human resources. In addition, he leads the firm’s international practice and regularly conducts searches in the Caribbean.
Bill previously held account management positions with Rueben H. Donnelley, a subsidiary of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, and General Foods Corporation. He is an active member in the National Urban League, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and serves on the board of directors of the University of Illinois Alumni Association. He is also an associate member of the National Black MBA association and the National Hispanic MBA Association.
